PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE The alcoholic fermentation takes place with traditional maceration on the skins for 8-10 days, followed by short aging in wood. Bottling takes place the summer after the harvest. DESCRIPTION Color: intense mauve red. Bouquet: intense with varietal notes of cherry, prunes and blackberry, eriched by more spicy hints of licorice. Taste: round and full structure, balanced by a good acidity. Very persistent.
