The clean must from the first pressing is fermented off the skins at a controlled temperatureof 18° C and then cooled at 0° C during the last part of the alcoholic fermentation that takesplace in stainless steel tanks for two weeks.Storage at low temperatures conveys a slight natural effervescence to the wine.
COLOUR: pale straw.
BOUQUET: intense, fruit-forward, with hints of pineapple and apple.
TASTE: crisp with gentle acidity and slightly bitter, balanced finish.

An aperitif wine, excellent with hors d’oeuvres and fish dishes in general.It pairs particularly well with shellfish.
