仅在葡萄品质最好的年份,精心挑选最优质的葡萄进行酿造。 精选的葡萄将在恒温条件下,分别在不锈钢罐和Horizion木桶中进行恒温浸渍,历时12至14日。

完成2年的橡木桶成熟储藏之后,还需要在上市销售之前于酒瓶中另行精酿12至18个月。

  • 季節性成果 The growing season started slightly late, followed by abundant rain in May and June. Temperatures in June were cool and well below seasonal averages; n the beginning of July the temperatures began to warm up and became quite hot by mid-month. Temperatures cooled down again in August again with notably cool nights, which significantly contributed to the quality of the fruit, both in terms of aromas and natural acids. From the middle of August through the months of September and October rainfall was scarce, resulting in an excellent harvest.
品鉴

Very intense and deep color, with ruby red still very bright. On the nose at first, it is very sweet and aromatic, with hints of tobacco, peanut butter, blackberry, violet, and a finish of leather. What has been promised by the aroma is fully kept in the mouth: the structure is velvety and wide, deep, soft and appealing, well supported by a good acidity with tannins of great elegance and maturity. The aromas of mouth are very long with hints of spices and notes of roasted coffee. The great harmony is surprising, especially because the wine has not yet aged in bottle.

  • 季節性成果 Thanks to a mild winter, the growing season started early, with anticipated flowering. Heavy rainfall in late May and early June provided sufficient water reserves in the soil to endure the mid-June heat wave. The harvest started about one week ahead of time yet still lasted into mid October without any difficulties, thanks to ideal fall weather.
品鉴

Intense color, deep, with garnet reflections. On the nose the wine is complex, with hints of sweet licorice, coffee, plum jam, tobacco and a light note of violet. The structure is large yet in good balance, with very soft tannins, vibrant acidity, and long, persistent finish. Ideal for long-term cellaring.

  • 季節性成果 Regular spring rainfall allowed for good water reserves over the hot summer months. High temperatures in July and an ideal range between daytime and nightly temperatures in August allowed the grapes to ripen exceptionally well. A warm September allowed for an excellent harvest.
品鉴

Intense red color with garnet shades. The aromas are very complex; initial delicate expressions of truffle flavor then yield to hints of licorice, coffee, plum jam and blackberry. On the palate the structure is impactful; large, rich and elegant, with soft tannins accompanied with a lively acidity. The finish is extremely long. This wine has a great potential for aging.

  • 季節性成果 A normal growing season starting with sufficient rainfall during spring to create good water reserves in the soil. Overall summer temperatures were lower than in recent years and, most importantly, normal patterns of more than significant variations between daytime and night temperatures returned, yielding for a slow and balanced ripening.

Very intense and deep color with garnet reflections. Very complex bouquet with notes of tobacco, licorice, vanilla and toffee. On the palate the structure is broad, deep and soft, its elegant tannins well balanced and integrated with good acidity. An admirable synthesis of power and elegance for very long aging.

  • 季節性成果 A textbook example of a great vintage. The entire season presented optimal conditions for the vine, offering outstanding results for both early and later maturing varieties. Winter rainfall supplied sufficient water reserves that benefited the plant over a summer that was hot but not torrid. Over a cool spring the vines developed balance that they maintained into the autumn. Light mid-summer rainfall helped stabilize the plant’s metabolism and develop ideal tannins and phenols, resulting in deeply colored wines. A balanced variation between day and night temperatures allowed the grapes to develop intense varietal aromas and remain in perfect condition for harvest.

Very intense and deep color. Extremely complex as always the Sangiovese the aroma is very soft with notes of tobacco, licorice and cacao. On the palate the structure is wide and deep, well balanced and well integrated with a good acidity and elegant tannins that gives a very long finish. An admirable synthesis of power and elegance for a very long ageing.

Light rains during veraison, when the grapes turn from green to purple, allowed for good maturation and gave the vines sustenance to last through the dry month that followed. These conditions combined in a concentration of flavors and the outstanding quality of a five-star vintage.

Very intense and deep color, still with youthful hints.  The bouquet is very complex and immediately attractive, starting with a good measure of red fruit well integrated with confectionary senses and toasty aromas; with a light note of freshness to autumnal flavors of coffee and chocolate.  Full bodied but its muscularity gives a sense of harmony and softness.  Dense texture gives it a long and silky finish and afterfinish..  An admirable synthesis of power and elegance.
